To create a Task, first of all drag the ‘Demo entries’
tab to the far-right so it can be last. You may skip to the next step if you have already done this or if there isn’t a ‘Demo entries’ tab in your version.
‘All’
tab.Next, simply click the blue New
button. Alternatively, you can use the greyed-out New
button below the table. They serve the same function
The next step is to give your Task a Date. There are 2 ways to achieve this
METHOD 1: Select a date directly from the Timeblock
property.
METHOD 2: Drag the Task into the Calendar nested within the Calendar View
toggle within the My Daily Tasks
section.

Another scenario where this reordering can be observed is if the sorting is set to display a list in order of, say, Owner > then Goal Type or something related.
The sorting priority can be viewed by clicking the sort
button on any Table. An example from a Weekly Wins table view is shown in the toggle below:
Method 1:
Method 2:
At this point, you may add someone else to the Owner
property if applicable. Adding someone else will allow them to see that specific task in their own instance of My Daily Tasks
in My Dash. You were already automatically added, so no need to manually do so anymore.
