The first thing to do is create a Task — obviously 😉
Next, if you want to time-block a task, it needs to have a date. This is important for the next step. Dates can be assigned from the Timeblock
column.
Now toggle-open the Calendar View
sub-section to see the native Calendar view of the My Daily Tasks
table. You should be able to see all your scheduled tasks with their corresponding dates.
Click the ‘Open in Calendar’
button on the upper-right area of the Calendar.
Upon clicking the ‘Open in Calendar button’, Notion will open a new tab requesting access-permission from your Google account. Please grant all permissions.
If everything is done correctly, Notion Calendar will be launched fully. Notice the 3 tasks we just scheduled are now showing up here. (However, they are all nestled in the ‘All Day’
row at the very top)
