Navigate to the Admin page, in the Roles section, add as many Roles as you need.
‘Roles’ in this context could also refer to teams (e.g. Project Managers, IT, HR, Admin, etc). This is important for the next step
STEP 2: Add members
Team Members
’ or ‘People
’ section, add as many team members as you want.All Staff

section, the Notion Emails (Bulk)
property is also being populated simultaneously.Going back to the Roles
section, whenever you need to add multiple emails to any page, you can just click the copy
button on the Notion Emails (Bulk)
property and they will all be copied.
If you want to share a page with all Staff, copy from the “All Staff” role. If you want to share Admin access with other emails, you can get all emails from here at one too. And so forth…
As you can see, this page essentially serves an archive for all Staff Notion emails. Saving you the stress of having to manually add these emails and potentially made a mistake, especially when dealing with a large volume of personnel.
