The Backend folder is the central nervous system of the workspace. It is in here that all the databases are organized. It gives you as the Admin a one-stop access-point to be able to make any updates to the system necessary.

It consists of 2 pages:

1. Databases (Original, Do Not Tamper with anything here)
2. Databases (Editable): This page contains the linked version of all the databases in the Databases (Original…) page. It exists so that changes can be made without risking human-error in the main zone described in #1 above.

Now, working from within the Databases (Editable) page only, here are a few things you can achieve from this part of the Backend area:

You can:

• Make changes to the Calendar Quarters database (if applicable, such as adding a new Calendar Quarter)
• Add a new Header in the Quarterly Goals database
• Have a full birds-eye view of all Quarterly Goals, Tasks, Departments, 1:1 meetings, weekly wins, status reports, etc without the limitation of only being able to view the items assigned to you (as observed in My Dash). This helps with seeing the effects of any changes you wish to make (where applicable)
