How to update your ‘My 1:1s’ section

Before proceeding, this is the Anatomy of the My 1:1s section. Go through this if you’re not yet familiar.

Also, here’s how to create & set up your 1:1 meeting if you haven’t done so before.

Now that those are out of the way, keeping your 1:1s section updated is pretty straight-forward…

• If you wish to schedule a 1:1 meeting, create the meeting under the column corresponding to the current week of the quarter (this prevents any date-conflict alert from getting triggered in the first place).
  • Give the meeting an appropriate title
  • Remember to also tag the other participant of that meeting

• Next, update the auto-generated topics inside the 1:1 page (i.e. Talking points, Action items, Notes)
