Its unlikely that the members of your team would ever need to create a department.
As an Admin, however, its beneficial to know how to do so.
Below are the steps needed to create a new Department:
Step 1: Click the blue New
button.
Step 2: Add the desired members
Step 3: Add Quarterly Goals and tag the relevant owners (to the newly-created goals). Remember to also update the Goal Visibility if you want any of the Quarterly Goals to be visible in the Company Dash.
Upon completing the steps above, no further action needs to be taken. The system is built to ensure that the Quarterly Goals
and Weekly Wins
sections are organically maintained based on what all associated users are updating from from their respective My Dash
workspaces.
So, no need to come back in here anymore, unless for review purposes perhaps.
