The My Status Reports
section is categorized into 2 major parts:
- The Status Report entry itself
- The Table which contains and organizes all your Status Report entries
The Status Report entry itself
A 1:1 Meeting entry is presented as a Kanban-style card which displays relevant information about it. The properties displayed include:
External Properties
These properties are part of the database structure
- Name: The title of the Status Report (e.g. “Async Status — John Doe”)
- Owner: The person updating the status (This is typically going to be you)
- Date: The Date the Status Report was entered
- Date Range: This indicates the date-range of the week within which the 1:1 Meeting falls. (Mon - Sun)
- I’m feeling… : Indicates your general emotional state at the time period surrounding the Status Report entry
- Status Visibility: This helps you control who can see the Status Update (You, Department or Company)
- Alert (hidden when not in use): To indicate when a compulsory condition needs to be met. There is only 1 alert you can get in the Status Report database table. Learn more about Status Reports alerts here
